Food Stamp Riots Tomorrow?

About the middle of last month Zero Hedge posted this document

I have not seen any news relating to this document since. It's unknown if this has been rescinded, modified or if nothing has changed and we are still headed for a national food stamp crisis tomorrow.
The letter is vague, it is simply addressed to "All States." I would assume this to mean that literally every state in the union is going to cease receiving funds for all or part of November due to the phony government shut down that ended a short time ago.

I am not familiar enough with the food stamp system to know if all states participate in this particular program, or if there are multiple programs and this covers only a certain number of un-named states. The verbiage suggests that not all states are included since it refers to "our states." However this could simply be government arrogance, and not a reference to the specific group of states participating in the program.

It could be that this notice has been changed since the government is back to adding to the debt. However, we have seen that the Obama Administration has a keen interest in making our life miserable in order to force us to submit to their will, (this didn't work out so well as they saw in DC) so it would not surprise me to find out that the money has been withheld even though it is available. Given the uncertainty, please do NOT go any where near a store that sells food tomorrow. Get what you need for the weekend now, just in case. Pay close attention to the news, and make decisions accordingly. If people can't buy their groceries tomorrow, there is going to be a significant amount of unrest, and potential rioting.

Typically it takes three days without food for people to become violent, but why risk it? Louisiana demonstrated that people with an entitlement attitude will revert to subhuman behavior much faster than the civilized people who actually need food stamps because of hard times.

If we are lucky, EBT cards will work just fine tomorrow, and some time later another notice that cancels this one will come to public attention. If the Administration is still keen on making life hell for us, then it's going to be a rough weekend. Stay frosty.
